Preview Of Phillips Hong Kong Jewels & Jadeite auction:

Phillips Hong Kong is fast making a name for itself as the place to find the most impressive selection of magnificent jewelery at auction. And next is the Phillips Hong Kong Fall Jewels & Jadeite sale that will take place on November 28, 2020 at 5pm. HKT. Ahead of the auction, a live preview will take place November 26-28 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong, but for a sneak peek, all of the pieces can now be viewed on the Phillips website. But before the main event, here is our take on this world-class jewelry selection that undoubtedly confirms Hong Kong's sale as a beacon for sophisticated shoppers. In this unique atmosphere, Phillips' expert team brings together the best of classic investment grade diamonds, rubies, emeralds and sapphires, as well as the most desirable international names from Place Vendôme to Bond Street.

In collaboration with the auction house, Feng J, the young jewelery artist, has produced two of her biggest jewels to date exclusively for the November auction. Graeme Thompson, Phillips' Worldwide Director of Jewelry, describes Feng J as "one of the world's most sought-after contemporary designers." Born in Hangzhou, China into a family of artists at the age of 34, Feng J has arrived in the rarefied world of fine jewelry. The artist studied extensively in France, England and China and now works between Paris and Shanghai serving her growing following of young and highly discerning collectors. Feng J's unique style combines Place Vendôme heritage with her exquisitely sensitive eye for form and color. Feng J has earned recognition for her innovative "floating configuration" technique.

The stunning five-strand Graff necklace (above) alternates yellow radiant-cut diamonds with white marquise-cut diamonds for a dramatic effect. A total of 135.95 carats of diamonds are skillfully set to create a dazzling impact that is full of life and movement.
